What can I expect to pay for a Legacy Film?
Most biographers and videographers are reluctant to share prices online due to the custom nature of this work, and the fear of scaring away potential customers with "sticker shock." While we respect that position, we also know that you're trying to collect information, and we want to make this easy for you. But first, answer these questions for yourself:
What would you expect to pay for a 1 - 3 hour, high-def video that will preserve your family's legacy for your children and future generations?
- How much would you pay right now to watch a video of a beloved parent or grandparent who passed away years ago?
What feels like a fair price given the amount of time and energy that is invested on the front end to prepare for the interview, and in post production (see our Process and Options pages)?
The average cost for an Acknowledge Media Legacy Movie is about $4,800. Given the amount of time we invest in every project, combined with the level of professionalism and attention to detail, we know the final product is well worth the price.
We've also looked extensively at what other U.S. companies are charging for similar work, which tells us our prices are very competitive. But don't take our word for it.
